NUN SONG YEE 눈송이 The Dessert Cafe - 빙수

BINGSU (BING SOO)! Korea's favourite shaved ice dessert. Local name? "Ice Kachang" if you want to call it that way.  But what's different from ours? Their ice shaves are so soft like snow that it literally melts in the mouth.

Originally topping with with Azuki beans, sweetened condensed milk, rice cakes, fruits and syrup, now it is with many more sorts of variations. Choco Banana, Oreo, Cheesecakes, Berries, Mango..

So.. on a random late night meet up with my friends we decided to out this new Bingsoo outlet located at Upp Bukit Timah. PEOPLE IN THE WEST YOU'VE GOT 24/7!

Overall I'm really loving it. Definitely seeing myself going for more visits.
Everything is on point. Not too sweet, surprises in layers giving a good coverage in taste. and of course! BEST to keep us cooled in this terrible weather.
But still my friend said it wasn't as good as back in Korea. What's your take?

Do share with me your experience of any other BINGSU you've tried in the comments down below.
